Meet Shae, the founder of NOTICS. Launched in 2016, Shae created this company to improve upon the flawed processes in common MSPs. He wants to serve mid-sized businesses in the US with the best possible IT solutions.

We offer a flat-rate unlimited scope model that is priced per-user. This pricing is customized based on the number of teams assigned and amount of IT Champions working on-site with you. On average our partners save hundreds of thousands of dollars a year working with us over an internal team.

What services does NOTICS provide?

Our ultimate goal is to give businesses their own IT department for a fraction of the cost. With this goal in mind, we provide a full 360 degree IT experience to our clients. With 18 specialized teams and on-site IT Champions you can rest assured that any gap you are looking to fill can be covered by our service.

What if I already have an internal IT staff?

Many of our clients have internal IT teams that work with a mixed bag of partners to cover various needs. This can be tough to manage and time consuming which leads many internal teams to work with us as an extension of the team. This can be as involved as covering entire departments or as simple as managing overflow work.

What am I commiting to?

We have no long term contracts. We work on month to month contracts because we work everyday to earn your business. This aligns our incentives resulting in a more meaningful and lasting business relationship. As a testament to our work, we have not had a single client end their month to month contract with us since the day we launched 6 years ago.
